Service charges consultation

Information from Dudley Council:

Earlier this year, plans to bring in service charges for tenants were approved by the council.

Before they can introduce those charges, they would like to consult with you to get your views on the changes they are making.

They’re launching a consultation from 14th October, which will run for four weeks until 11th November.

All tenants will also soon receive information in the post about the consultation.

You can respond to the consultation online and they will be carrying out a number of public sessions.

If you’re in need of housing advice and support, please get in touch with them as soon as possible.

  • October 23 from 11am to 4pm at Halesowen Housing Hub, Block 11, Andrew Road, Halesowen
  • October 24 from 2 to 6.30pm at Baylie Court Community Room, Green Street, Stourbridge
  • October 28 from 11am to 2pm at Dudley Council Plus, 259 Castle Street, Dudley
  • October 28 from 3 to 6.30pm at Chapel Street Housing Hub, Yeovil Court, Hill Street, Brierley Hill
  • October 29 from 3 to 6.30pm at Firmstone Court Community Room, Firmstone Street, Wollaston
  • October 30 from 3 to 6.30pm at Netherton Housing Hub, 1 St. Giles Street, Netherton
  • November 4 from 3 to 6.30pm at Community Flat, 63 Claverley Court, Vicarage Prospect, Dudley
