Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey
You may remember seeing information about this survey earlier this year. A Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey will now be carried out every three months by the same company as before – Acuity Research & Practice.
They will contact tenants by telephone with the aim of interviewing 275 tenants each quarter, and the survey should take approximately 8 to 10 minutes to complete. If tenants receive a call from Acuity, the number displayed will be 01384 981091.
The third batch of calls will commence on Monday 9th December for 2 weeks, then a further survey will be carried out in March 2025.
